The ti plant is a member of the lily family. It can
grow to about 10 feet high, and its shiny, waxy leaves grow to about
two feet in length and seven inches in width. The ti plant is one of
Hawaii’s favorite foliage plants. In early Hawaii, the ti leaf was considered
sacred.
